At Hollow Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
